Leadership Retreat
Experience leadership coaching in the wild: reignite purpose and passion
WHO?
This retreat is for leaders ready to step away from the grind and reconnect with their purpose. Whether you're a C-suite executive, department head, or decision-maker facing high-stakes challenges, this experience offers the clarity and reset you need. If you're navigating organizational change, crafting new strategies, or tackling team misalignment, the reflective setting will help you gain fresh perspective. For those looking to boost emotional intelligence, spark creativity, or strengthen team dynamics, the immersive natural environment provides the perfect space to recharge and realign.
WHY?
Do you operate in a bubble? Many leaders work in a controlled environment, contained so they can take care of the demands of their jobs. The more senior, the less contact you have with the day-to-day challenges of your employees, the fewer voices you hear. To solve complex problems in novel ways and make real progress, you must get out of the bubble. Retreat from the demands of leadership and experience the restorative power of nature. In a distraction-free environment, gain clarity on personal and organizational challenges, reflect on your leadership style, and recharge mentally and emotionally. Return energized, focused, and better equipped to navigate complex demands.
WHAT?
This retreat is transformative. It offers insights and tools to enhance self-awareness, clarify purpose, and refine core values. With simple practices for presence, emotional intelligence, and stress management, leaders will better navigate challenges with resilience and creativity. You'll leave with actionable strategies, fresh problem-solving perspectives, and personal practices to stay grounded, even in city life. Reconnect with balance and inspiration to lead authentically and with vision.

Our gardens are filled with a variety of pollinators year-round.
WHERE?
Depending on the season, help as much or as little as you choose on our regenerative farm with an organic garden, pollinator meadows, and recovering Eastern hardwood forest. Hike or build trails, sit, play, or work in the gardens and fields, and get your hands in the earth.
The rare and beautiful Oconee Bells grow only in a small patch of the Blue Wall.
Retreat within the astonishing natural beauty in what National Geographic has referred to as one of the last truly wild places on earth. Our farm abuts a region that Native Americans referred to as the “Blue Wall,” where the mountains steeply drop off towards the foothills of Upstate South Carolina. Spanning 859,000 acres, the Southern Blue Ridge Escarpment is a temperate rainforest, one of only two such regions in the United States and contains some of the highest natural diversity of rare plants and animals found anywhere in the world.

A lifelong nature girl, Martha and her husband moved to a farm on the edge of the wilderness in 2021. A Georgetown-trained leadership coach and long-time neuroscience-based mindfulness teacher, Martha offers leaders an opportunity for clear-eyed assessment of their identity, beliefs, and habits to create lasting behavioral change.
